Karynne Witkin

Karynne Witkin is the Co-Owner and CEO of California Prime Recovery, a Joint Commission-accredited substance use and mental health treatment facility. She is also a co-founder and executive leader at several behavioral healthcare programs across the country, with locations in California, Texas, Tennessee, and Missouri.

Karynne holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Harvard Extension School. As a scientist-practitioner, she is passionate about evidence-based care, leadership development, workplace resilience, and overall organizational health. Her work focuses on expanding access to flexible, high-quality mental health care and preventing the onset of substance use and mental health disorders in the workplace.

She partners with local treatment centers, EAPs, employers, and community leaders to deliver gold-standard care and to support employee well-being. At the heart of her mission is a belief that work can—and should—be a mutually beneficial experience: one where organizations and their people can thrive together.
